Once you receive a username and password, you are responsible for taking all reasonable measures to ensure no unauthorized person has access to your password, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must apply for a Buying Account to purchase on this website. As this is a business-to-business e-commerce website, sales are made only to organisations holding a valid licence issued by the Ministry of Health, which we will verify prior to issuing a Buying Account. You confirm orders placed by you are on behalf of your organisation and that you are authorised to place such orders.

While every endeavour is made to ensure site information is updated and correct, TechMed Sdn Bhd and POMACY vendors reserve the right to amend prices, quantities, expiry dates, terms and conditions for sales and promotions when such information changes.

You acknowledge the website contains information, photographs, graphics, videos, text, images and other materials protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. All such materials are proprietary to us and/or our principals.

Any disputes shall first be submitted to the Malaysia International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. If arbitration fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

We do not warrant the quality, safety, or performance of any products listed on POMACY. Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of the products they offer. Any issues related to products, including defects, damages, or non-compliance with specifications, are the sole responsibility of the respective sellers.

POMACY, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any actions, omissions or conduct of sellers on the platform, including misrepresentations, breaches of contract, or any harm or damages arising from products purchased through the platform.

We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting changes on the website. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

By continuing, I agree and understand that the information on the site may be subject to changes at TechMed Sdn Bhd's full discretion.

Sellers are responsible for establishing and clearly communicating their order cancellation policies on POMACY. Any cancellation of orders, whether initiated by the seller or the buyer, must comply with the seller’s stated policy and applicable laws. Sellers shall ensure that cancellation procedures are transparent, fair, and do not unreasonably disadvantage buyers.

We may offer: (a) Pay Later (customer pays Seller directly either via bank transfer or credit term); and/or (b) Card Payment (customer pays by credit/debit card via POMACY). For Card Payments, we will process the card payment to facilitate payment for the Seller and remit the relevant sale proceeds to the Seller. The Customer acknowledges Card Payments may appear on your card statement as “WWW.POMACY.COM.MY” (or such other descriptor as we may notify).

The Seller remains responsible for the commercial decision on refunds, cancellations, and partial supply (and compliance with its policies and applicable laws). Where a Card Payment refund is approved, we will process the refund operationally to your original payment method.
