Product Description


  • L-Mesitran Tulle is a non-adherent polyethylene dressing impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft.   It contains 40% Medical Grade Honey, medical grade hypoallergenic lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000 and vitamin C& E. 
  • As a primary dressing, L-Mesitran Tulle is excellent to apply on acute wounds. It can be used for both deep and superficial wounds with smaller and larger amounts of exudate.The Tulle must be covered with a secondary dressing and is intended for single use.
  • L-Mesitran is a pioneering product range, based on Medical Grade Honey and available worldwide since 2002 with excellent clinical results.
  • The first to receive CE mark and FDA approval.
  • Hydro-active antibacterial synthetic sheet with L-Mesitran Soft. Does not adhere to the wound. Indicated for wounds with none to moderate exudates. Over with adsorbent dressing, fixate with regular adhesive gauzes. Replace dressing after 3-5 days.
